What's actually included in the price?
Every package includes the design and build, a free .co.za domain, premium SSD hosting for the first year, SSL certificate, business email setup, contact forms, basic on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, Google Analytics and POPIA compliance. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The one-off price covers everything to launch your site. The only ongoing fee is hosting renewal from year two (from R85/month) and any optional retainers (SEO, ads, maintenance) you choose to add.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your domain, your hosting account, your content and the source files. We're an agency, not a platform. You can move your site to any hosting provider at any time.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade your package, add ecommerce, blog, booking or any other feature any time. We only charge the difference between your current and new package.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes. 50% deposit, 50% on launch — or split into three monthly instalments for Business and Professional packages. EFT, card, PayFast, Yoco and SnapScan all accepted.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Two design rounds are included on every package, with unlimited tweaks until you sign off. We don't move to build until you love the design. If we genuinely can't get there, we refund 100% of your deposit.
